Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") applies when Kablet processes personal data on behalf of merchants in connection with its services.

2. Roles

Merchant: Data Controller
Kablet: Data Processor

Kablet processes personal data only as instructed by the merchant and as necessary to provide the services.

3. Categories of Data

Depending on the services used, Kablet may process:

Customer names
Contact information
Shipping information
Order details
Product information
Technical usage information

4. Processing Purpose

Personal data is processed solely for:

Operating the platform
Delivering post-purchase experiences
Order fulfillment
Customer support
Security
Platform analytics
Fraud prevention

5. Security Measures

Kablet implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

6. Confidentiality

Personnel authorized to process personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations.

7. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred internationally, Kablet implements appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

8. Data Subject Requests

Kablet will reasonably assist merchants in responding to requests relating to access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data.

9. Data Deletion

Upon termination of the services and where applicable, personal data will be deleted or returned according to legal and contractual requirements.

10. Subprocessors

Kablet may engage trusted subprocessors to support the delivery of its services.

Examples include providers of:

Cloud hosting
Content delivery networks (CDNs)
Payment processing
Shipping and fulfillment
Customer support
Analytics
Error monitoring
Email delivery

All subprocessors are contractually required to implement appropriate security measures and process personal data only for the purposes of providing Kablet services.

Kablet may update its list of subprocessors from time to time as operational requirements evolve. The current list will be maintained on this page.
