At Kablet, we strive to ensure a fair experience for both creators and brands. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the order and the reason for the refund request.
If you are a brand that has booked a creator package, you may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

Creators are protected against unfair refund requests when they have delivered content that matches the package description.
When a refund dispute arises, Kablet will:
Kablet’s service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and the creator has begun work. For cancelled orders before work starts, platform fees are refunded in full.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank instead of using our dispute process, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we determine to be invalid.
